Clapton & Wayford Village Hall

The Village Hall has now reopened and is operating in accordance with Government guidelines.

The Village Hall building comprises:

  • Generous sized main hall including fixed, curtained, stage

  • Meeting room to accommodate approximately 25-30 people

  • Well equipped, modern kitchen, with crockery & cutlery available for hire on request

  • Plenty of tables; also chairs, many of them padded, some having arms

  • Male, female & disabled toilets

  • Good sized foyer for welcoming guests

  • Car park including disabled bays

  • Small grassed area to one side of the car park for play/outdoor relaxation.



Availability: Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings, Public holidays

Whole Hall  £12.00 per hour (£10 without kitchen)

Meeting Room  £6 per hour (£5 without kitchen)

Crockery / Cutlery Hire per hire  £10.00

Loan of chairs / tables (take out)  £25.00

Breakages Deposit Refundable  £30.00

Parties / Events 10.00am to 6pm  £90.00

Weddings / Events 8.30am to 1.00am  £150.00

Use of Hall Alcohol Licence per hire  £30.00

Previous evening / morning after access - negotiable.
